What is it?

Platelet Rich Plasma is a non-surgical procedure that uses your own platelets (a type of cell that helps with healing throughout the body) and gets injected into the area of concern. Your blood is drawn and spun in a centrifuge to separate the blood from the plasma. The platelets are then extracted and injected back into the scalp. The stem cells and growth factors from your own plasma trigger the growth of hair from resting or miniaturized hair follicules. This procedure does require me to draw your blood, please read the pre-procedure guidelines in the tab up top to follow before your appointment!
